Emily is the groomer behind it all. Her clients say their dogs actually enjoy turning up, that puppies get treated like family from their very first cut, and that even a grumpy cat leaves looking pampered. That is the whole point: grooming should be a nice day out, not something to dread.
Fully qualified and always careful with breed-specific coats, Emily works out of My Pet HQ on Oldgate in Morpeth, and takes a genuine interest in every dog's coat, quirks and mannerisms.
